During the Sweepstakes Period, fill out the registration form on the Sweepstakes website and submit (“Entry”). After registration, you will automatically become a participant in the lottery.

Winner will have the opportunity to select one (1) of one-hundred (100) sealed envelopes to see if the selected envelope reveals one of the following Prizes:
– One (1) envelope to contain $50,000 payable by check in the name of the winner. Odds of winning 1:100
– Ninety-nine (99) envelopes will contain $1,000 payable by check in the name of the winner. Odds of winning 1:1.01
